Second-largest pilot recruiting and aviation networking event in the U.S. The event features keynote speakers, hundreds of ATP-qualified active airline pilots seeking employment, aviation products and services, and educational seminars for both commercial, business/corporate, and general aviation pilots.

Wednesday, February 14th

9AM-4PM Express Check-in and Registration – Avoid the lines at events by picking up your badge during the express registration time slots. Check-in tables will be open in the Renaissance Hotel. Look for the Industry Expo & Winter Warm-Up Check-in signage.

6PM-8PM Love Leads the Way – Celebrate Valentines Day with NGPA and United Airlines at our Winter Warm-Up welcome party. Light bites and beverages will be available.

Thursday, February 15th

7AM-8AM Exhibitor Breakfast

8AM-12PM Industry Expo – NGPA is pleased to present the 2024 NGPA Industry Expo Presented by United Airlines, which will be held Thursday, Feb 15 – Friday, Feb 16, 2024, at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Exhibitor booths, hiring events, guest speakers and educational seminars for general aviation, business/corporate, and commercial pilots are in the lineup of events.

12-1:30 Luncheon and Keynote Speaker: Matt Lindley – Matt joined the UK Royal Air Force in 1995 and qualified as a fast jet pilot flying the British Aerospace Hawk.   As an RAF flying instructor Matt graduated with a rare distinction from the RAF Central Flying School.  He specialized as a VIP Captain, becoming the Head of Hawker Training on 32 The Royal Squadron.  He was responsible for flying Her Majesty The Queen, members of the UK Royal Family, The Prime Minister and Cabinet worldwide for over 10 years.  Whilst serving, Matt flew operationally in Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan.  During his career in the RAF, UK legislation changed, allowing Matt to become one of the first openly-gay pilots in the Armed Forces.

6PM-9PM Starlight Reception – Hosted outside around the Renaissance Pool, join NGPA for the official 2024 Winter Warm-Up kickoff party with music, food, and drinks.

1:30PM-3PM General Session – Join NGPA leadership to learn about the current state of the NGPA, where the organization is going, and how far it has come. Lunch will be provided.

6PM-9PM Palm Springs Air Museum Reception – Home to one of the largest collections of flyable WWII aircraft, we’ll use the dramatic backdrop of the Palm Springs Air Museum to kick off the 2024 NGPA Palm Springs Winter Warm-Up . This event is a great opportunity to reconnect, aside vintage aircraft, with old friends and new. Catering will be provided.
