Pilot Job Central started from the idea that there is a better way for pilots and employers to find eachother.
Pilots are in demand. But online job hunting tools have not evolved to reflect this. Existing systems still have pilots pay a fee to get access to gated content.
Employers are facing ever increasing challenges of finding pilot applicants. The same existing systems often cause the applicants they do receive to be lower quality. Or those pilots lack interest in new positions.
The internet has evolved with increasingly sophisticated tools with ever-increasing capabilities. We believe that it’s time that these tools be made available to pilot employment.
Our Team
Partners Greg Thomson and Will Jacobs have designed, developed, and worked together for almost a decade. They came to each other through common ideals of creating unique tools to better serve industries and empower the users of those tools. Greg and Will both hold a core ideal of what it means to bring true value to a marketplace, and are entrepreneurs at heart.
Between the partners there is several decades of experience in designing, developing, and marketing websites and applications. Greg is a professional pilot with more than 7,000 hours of flight time and a variety of pilot jobs worked.
